Shipping, Warranty, Returns Policies
Badger Ordnance in most cases will ship orders of in-stock items within 1-2 business days of order placement. Tracking information will be provided automatically via email when orders are shipped.
Orders will ship from our distribution center Monday through Friday. Expedited orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
If multiple orders are placed, we do not have the ability to combine them. Separate orders will be processed and shipped individually.
We do not sell or ship any of our products outside of the Continental United States.
Badger Ordnance products are built to withstand rugged use in the harshest conditions imaginable, in every clime and place. They have been doing just that for decades. Whether your use is for service or sport, Badger Ordnance will deliver. Badger Ordnance products all come with a full lifetime transferable guarantee. If your Badger Ordnance product does not perform as we promise, we will repair or replace it for free.
Badger Ordnance does not warrant against regular wear and tear, products damaged by misuse or negligence, products modified beyond manufacturer specifications, or products that are designed to be consumable.
Badger Ordnance does not offer any warranty for parts we may resale that are not Badger Ordnance's original manufacturer products.
All warranty claims will be authorized at Badger Ordnance’s sole discretion. We will attempt to repair the issue at our discretion. If the issue cannot be repaired or refurbished, we will replace the product with a similar product of equal or greater value. If a product is replaced, Badger Ordnance retains the right to keep the product that is to be replaced.
To process a warranty claim, you must receive a Return Material Authorization and place it inside the packaging. Any accessories or products not related to the warranty claim must be removed unless otherwise instructed by a Badger Ordnance support technician. The Return Material Authorization number must be printed neatly and legibly on the outside of the packaging, otherwise, delays in claims can occur.
Badger Ordnance accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition and must not have been installed. Items must be returned with the original packaging materials with any accompanying tools or accessories. Orders must have originated directly from Badger Ordnance to be eligible for returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must request a return either through your customer account on www.badgerordnance.com or through email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns and exchange requests must be approved by Badger Ordnance before issuance. If a return has been sent without the proper request or approval, it will be denied and returned to the sender.
You are responsible for shipping products back to Badger Ordnance unless returns are due to manufacturer defects, manufacturer mistakes, or explicitly stated otherwise by Badger Ordnance. We assume no responsibility for products damaged or lost during shipping to and from Badger Ordnance.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the returns are for manufacturer defects or manufacturer mistakes in shipping.
Refunds and exchanges will be made for the value at the point of sale from the original purchase. Refunds will be issued to the same payment form as the original purchase.
Apparel items returned must have all tags intact and be unworn and unwashed.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Badger Ordnance will process exchanges as promptly as inventory allows.
